FILLING. Brown & drain:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
Add ½ lb. shredded cheddar to hamburger mixture.
SAUCE. Heat together:
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 small can evap. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken
- ½ lb. Velveeta
Spread one can refried beans on approximately seven flour tortillas. Divide the meat mixture among the tortillas. Roll up and place in 9×13 pan. Pour sauce over the top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
