Cherry Dessert

This is another great recipe I got from my mother-in-law.  In fact, it was one of the first ones she ever gave me.  It’s easy to make and delicious!

Make crust in 9×13 greased dish using:

  • 1-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ c. butter

Filling:

Melt 50 large marshmallows (10 small = one large) in 1 cup milk.  Cool.  Then fold in two 8-ounce containers cool whip, thawed.

Let set about 30 minutes and then carefully spread one can of cherry pie filling over the top.  Refrigerate.  Makes 12 servings.
