Christmas is coming FAST! There are only five days left after today. Wow! How did that happen???
Many of you are probably already finished with most of your preparations for Christmas. You had your Christmas early or you were traveling so you had to have everything done by now. But for the rest of us, we have five days left to get everything done. So to avoid getting stressed, if you haven’t already made your plan, it’s time to plan the week.
I sat down yesterday and sketched out my week using my weekly planning form. I plugged into my planning sheet everything I could think of including routine tasks like meals, grocery shopping, bill paying, errands, etc., and all the special tasks related to Christmas. Having it all plugged in and seeing that I have enough time to get everything done relieves a lot of stress. It also makes it much easier to initiate Plan B or Plan C or even Plan D if I need to (and knowing my life, I probably will).
So sit down with whatever planning tools you like and figure out what you need to do and when you’re going to do it. It’ll make you feel more in control and make your week go better.
