This chicken is SO good and really easy! I wasn’t sure if it would have much flavor since there were so few ingredients but my family raved about it and said it was definitely blog worthy!
Ingredients:
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), cut up (I used four boneless skinless chicken breast halves instead)
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1-1/4 cups crushed cornflakes
Directions:
Place chicken in a large re-sealable plastic bag; add salad dressing. Seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Drain and discard marinade.
Coat the chicken with cornflakes; place in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour or until the chicken juices run clear (if you use boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cook the chicken for about 35 to 40 minutes). 4 servings.

I love chicken coated in cornflakes. Next time, I will try the Italian dressing marinade. Great recipe! Thanks for stopping by!
If you love chicken coated in cornflakes, you’ll definitely love this recipe. I wasn’t sure it would have enough flavor since there weren’t any spices in the cornflakes, but it was delicious! Let me know what you think.
