For those of you who aren’t interested in a “planner” but are definitely interested in a calendar, this review and contest is for you!  Franklin Planner provided two of these very cool 2014 Weekly Datebooks for two lucky winners.  And for the record, one of the planners is brown and the other is GREEN, not teal like it looks in the photo.  I took photos in practically every room of the house but never could get it to look green.  I am obviously not a photographer.

Anyway, take a look and see what you think.  Then if you’d like to have one, enter to win.  The rules follow the review

This weekly datebook measures 5.375” W x 7.375” H and has 224 pages.  The cover is luscious!  Seriously, it feels amazing!!!  And the cream colored paper and neutral color scheme are so relaxing and clutter-free.  And, of course, like most bound calendars, it has a ribbon bookmark to mark your place.

The beginning of the calendar includes several interesting reference pages:

  • 2013/2014 Calendars
  • Table of Contents
  • Common Phrases
  • Holidays

Then we have all the monthly calendars for the year:

  1. I don’t mind green! I love green! Quite frankly, I love planners and can find a use for either of them! Thanks for this wonderful giveaway!

  2. I’m a paper person. If it’s not written down, it won’t get done. Plus, having a family that is involved in so much, this would be so very helpful to have! Plus, it looks like it would fit in my bag! Very handy! Thank you for this opportunity!

  3. Thank you for the giveaway. It would be awesome to win one of these beauties! Love your planner tips and advice by the way.

  4. Thank you again for the review and the giveaway. This looks like a good way to keep track of the days, and to write details on the right hand side.

  5. Love, love, love your posts everyday, I am so jealous of you starting out with a “clean slate” so to speak in the moving and remodeling of the house you just bought. We have lived in ours almost 50 years now and so much needs to be done we do not know where to start.
AND my dear hubby cannot hang a picture straight let alone do any remodeling as yours is doing. He is a jewel!
This planner would surely help me help get onto the right track in the new year to plan and carry out some small makeover tasks
daily and weekly. Thanks for all your information, the updates and the give aways.

  6. I discovered your blog a few months ago, and I have found more practical advice from your site that I have actually put into practice than I have from any other site. Thank you for what you do!

  7. I love my current planner but it is not portable. I have been thinking about using this type of a calendar for 2014. When I look back at what I actually use my planner for, I think I can make this calendar style work with a few modifications. I really want something I can throw in my large purse and take with me. Thank you for hosting the give away.

  8. I am trying to find something that works for me and I’m not sure I like the digital options yet. I would love to try one of these. The brown one appeals to me. Thanks for holding this drawing.
