I make pizza a lot but sometimes I get tired of the same old thing. So I experimented a little and came up with this tasty pizza.
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2-1/2 c. flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest 5 minutes.
Grease two pizza pans. Press dough into pans (or you can roll into a circle with rolling pin and then transfer to pans).
Using 1 pound of chicken tenders, cut chicken into small pieces. Saute in Italian salad dressing until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Spread pizza crusts with Italian salad dressing. Sprinkle seasoning mix over each crust. Add mozzarella cheese to taste (we use 1 to 1-1/2 cups per pizza). Sprinkle chicken over cheese and other toppings of your choice.
Bake at 425 for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy.
