Patty’s Weekly Menu

Do you ever sit down to plan your menu (you do plan, right?) and don’t have a clue what to make?  I do that sometimes.  One strategy we’ve talked about is having a list of all your recipes so when you’re planning, you can look at the list for ideas.  Another strategy is to look at someone else’s menu plan.

Starting today, on Monday’s, I’m going to share with you my menu for the week.  Some of the recipes will already be on the blog and some will be on in the future.  If you’re desperate to have a recipe, you can let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

These menus are not meant for you to copy verbatim, although you certainly can if you want.  The intent is to give you ideas and maybe get you started on your own menu plan on those days when you draw a blank.

By the way, I’m cooking for two with occasional guests.  I usually make five meals a week and we have leftovers the other two days.  I make dessert on Friday for the weekend.  And if I don’t make one of the recipes, I move it to the next week.  So here you go . . .
