
A couple of weeks ago I tried a recipe for Goat Cheese Quesadillas that had a filling very similar to this one. The filling was great but the Quesadillas were a flop. The filling wouldn't stay put so they were hard to eat. Then I found this recipe and thought it would work better. And it did.
