Here’s a fun recipe that makes a good dinner, lunch, appetizer or snack.  It’s also begging to be modified.  Instead of pepperoni, use ham to make Ham & Cheese Slices.  Or go veggie and use green pepper slices, chopped broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, onion slices, and provolone.  The sky’s the limit!  Let me know what you come up with! I just tried this recipe for the first time last night.  I found it in an old Simple and Delicious magazine from July/August 2007.  The olive spread would also work well with turkey or even with tuna or salmon mixed in.  You can also eat it hot or cold.
