This is another recipe I’ve been making for years.  The muffins are easy to make but you do have to plan ahead because the oatmeal and milk need to soak for an hour.  But these muffins are SO worth it!  They are delicious!  You can also add chocolate chips or fruit bits.  And they work well for breakfast, snacks or with dinner.  Yum.
