What’s For Dinner?

I took the easy route this week and used a couple of meals from last week that I didn’t end up making and stuck with familiar favorites for the rest.   So here’s what we ended up with:

1-
Salmon (brushed with olive oil & sprinkled with lemon pepper)
Brown Rice (haven’t decided yet how I’ll make it – it won’t be plain, though)
Steamed vegetables (California mix)

2-
Tacos (I usually serve beef, refried beans and rice along with all the toppings)
Cheese Dip

3-
Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos (these are SO good!  I make them in the morning and then freeze them.  I serve them with Cheese Dip and Guacamole for dipping.  David says they’re awesome with guacamole.  I don’t like guacamole so I think they’re awesome with cheese dip.)
Mexican Rice
Salad (lettuce, broccoli, tomato, zucchini, carrot)

4-
Easy Chicken a la King (for slow cooker)
Garden Herb Bread (another new recipe that will be on the blog soon)

5-
Pizza (Palermos Specialty Pepperoni for me and Greek for David)

DESSERTBanana-Peanut Butter Cream Tart (new recipe and it was AWESOME)
