This was my first menu after starting the grocery makeover so it’s a little different than my usual menu. Hopefully it will still be helpful.
Unbelievable Burrito Casserole
Rice (probably just plain white or brown rice cooked in the steamer)
Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken Thighs (This is another recipe that if you haven’t made it yet, you should. It is SO good!!!)
Baked Potatoes (I’ll cook these in the crock pot)
Salad or steamed vegetables
- artichokes, leftover Piccata chicken, black olives, feta cheese, chopped spinach, and grated parmesan
(I’ve been making the pizza dough half wheat, half white since David likes wheat and I like white – I’ll be demonstrating how I do that soon in case you have a “divided” household, too!)
DESSERT: White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Blondies (new recipe – family loved it!)
