What’s For Dinner?

I’m trying several new recipes this week – actually I’ve already tried a couple of them since my menu runs Wednesday to Wednesday.  Some winners, some losers.  I hate that.  I want every recipe to be a winner!

30-Minute Beef Fajitas

Chicken Alfredo and Rice Casserole
Steamed vegetables

Mac and Cheese Soup
Focaccia Bread

Sloppy Joes
Fries
Green Beans

NOTE:  I actually got a craving for tacos so I skipped the sloppy joes and made tacos instead.  I didn’t have any taco seasoning but I made some using my homemade mix.  The tacos hit the spot!

5-
St. Louis Style Pizza
Salad

NOTE:  The crust on this pizza is a cracker type crust so it doesn’t need to rise.  The pizza actually comes together pretty fast.

Dessert:  Shortbread Brownies (this recipe was just okay – not blog worthy)
