This was one of those weeks when I didn’t feel like menu planning and it took forever to get the menu made. It’s not awesome, but here it is:
1-
Southwest Chicken and Vegetables
2-
Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
Roasted Veggie Orzo (NEW)
Steamed Veggies
3-
Pizza
4-
Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken Thighs
Garlic Bread (frozen)
Never-Fail Scalloped Potatoes
5-
Tortellini & Spinach Soup
Italian Bread
DESSERT: Peanut Crumble Bars
More menu ideas are available here.

I know where you are coming from. Sometimes I just can’t think of anything to put on the menu plan or don’t want to deal with it. 2 of the things I do is 1-I keep a list of all the tried and true meals my family likes. Then I’ll just pull some from that list. I also like to have at least one new recipe each week (I get a lot of mine from you!) so when I come across a recipe I want to try, I bookmark it in my recipes file in my firefox browser. I also have an email file for recipes so between the two, I can find something new to try.

Great tips, Cathy. I especially like that about bookmarking the recipes you want to try rather than printing them out. Saves paper and keeps them all in one place. Thanks for sharing & for trying my recipes!
