Several new recipes on the menu this week.  I’ve made a couple of them already and they were delicious!  Still have a couple left to try.  I didn’t cook as much as I planned to this week.  We were able to eat leftovers several days so I have a couple of meals left over for next week.

    1. I would, too. I think either the asparagus OR the peas would be better but not both. I did like it with both, though, but just one would be better.

  1. Patty that looks delicious. My husband is travelling a bunch lately and I am off my game big time. I just don’t feel like cooking in the evenings so my kids and I have had a lot of cold sandwiches and apple slices. Failing to plan is planning to fail and I am just too pooped to get a plan. Lol. 🙂
